About

My approach is relational, embodied, and experimental. I design workshops and learning experiences that invite curiosity, integrate science and story, and honour the entangled nature of wellbeing - human and more-than-human alike.

With over a decade of experience at the Cynefin Company, I work with narrative methods and collective sense-making to help groups navigate complexity.  Alongside this, my hands-on practice offers a space for slowing down and re-attuning to the intelligence of the body. Whether through touch or conversation, I support people and communities in cultivating awareness, adaptability, and care.

I am a dedicated life-long learner and committed to continually training, upping my skills and taking part in collaborative learning environments. Some of the teachers who inspire me include: Sarah Harlow (Yogasara, Bristol), Nora Bateson, Josh Shrei, Chris Wallis and my father, Dave Snowden.

Contact me

I adore the process of creative collaborations that bring people, ideas, knowledge and practices together in new ways. Whether you’re interested in booking me for a workshop, retreat, consultancy or research project - or exploring how body-based and narrative approaches might deepen your own work via mentoring and coaching - I’d love to hear from you.

I work with individuals, teams, and organisations on projects that weave embodiment, narrative sense-making, and complexity thinking. If something here resonates or sparks curiosity, please reach out. I’m always happy to begin a conversation and see what might unfold.
